Error Nuker by Trek Blue is not as well known as some of the other registry repair utilities, however it is still often searched for by people looking for a solution to their Windows problems. We got a copy of Error Nuker to test it out and see what it had to offer.
Scanning And Error Removal Error Nuker Review
Error Nuker has a speedy scan utility, which breezed through our system fairly quickly. It reported 237 errors on our test machine. Error removal is easy enough with a few simple clicks.
Error Nuker allows you to undo registry changes made during the fix process, which makes this a safe program to use.
Error Nuker claims that their special Windows Registry Repair Algorithm will prevent the software from removing any critical registry entries and provides one of the safest repair solutions on the market.
Other Features Error Nuker Review
Other features included with Error Nuker are fairly simple.
Windows Startup Manager - Allows users to disable programs from loading when the computer boots up. Ensures a speedy bootup and can improve overall function. (Caution - Be careful not to disable important programs, such as antivirus software.)
Scheduling - Allows you to schedule scans based on the timeframe you want.
Auto Update - Enables the program to check for updates automatically.
Drawbacks Error Nuker Review
Error Nuker had a few things that we felt were detrimental to the program. There is no total for all errors reported in the scan results window, and we found that to be odd. Also, Error Nuker will run in the background if you close the program. It's easy enough to close it from the taskbar, but it's something we feel is entirely unnecessary for a registry repair utility.
Overall Error Nuker Review
Error Nuker ranks just a notch lower than Registry Fix in our opinion. It's a capable program and does the job, but there are no other useful features besides the Windows startup manager. We recommend passing over Error Nuker in favor of RegCure or Registry Mechanic.

Definitely easy enough for anyone to use, however we felt the design was slightly unintuitive. No help inside the program; users must go searching through the website for their small help document.

Overall Score:
Well, Error Nuker will get rid of errors, but that's about it. Don't waste money with this one. We recommend RegCure by ParetoLogic.
